Upcoming CopyTrader App System Maintenance

Please be advised of upcoming system maintenance for the Moneta CopyTrader app, as per the below schedule.

Maintenance Schedule:

  • Start Date & Time: December 7, 2024, at 04:00 GMT
  • End Date & Time: December 8, 2024, at 18:00 GMT
  • Duration: 38 hours

During this maintenance period, the following features will be affected:

  • You will not be able to log in or connect accounts (Copier/Signal) through the CopyTrader App
  • The ability to copy trades (Copier) will be unavailable.
  • Modifying trade copying information or personal details (Copier/Signal) will be temporarily disabled.

Available Features:

  • Trading activities will remain unaffected; you can continue to trade as usual via the client platform/Meta App.
  • Deposits and withdrawals will proceed as normal.
  • Access to the Client Portal/AppTrader/MT4/MT5/ProTrader will not be interrupted.
  • Performance fees will continue to operate without disruption.
